HELLO, I'M DOMINIQUE!
For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about the good things in life. In March 2019, I turned my love for creating trays (and the pleasure of sharing them with my loved ones) into a business. At a key moment in my life, I needed something new, something fresh, and above all, something I love to do every day.That's how À l'apéro was born, inspired by my favorite part of the day: savoring a magnificent platter garnished with local cheeses, olives, toasted nuts, and bites, accompanied by my favorite wines.
